Tehran is willing to restart nuclear negotiations with the United States as long as it is handled with "respect" and "respect", Tehran's top diplomat has announced.

The Iranian diplomat declared solely negotiations was effective, and revealed recent overtures had been made by go-betweens to restart discussions with the American leadership. Earlier Negotiations Abruptly Ended

The previous five rounds of talks between the US and Iran were brought to an abrupt and bitter conclusion on 12 June when Israel, with US support, targeted Tehran's atomic facilities in a 12-day war that culminated with Donald Trump declaring the sites had been eliminated. Subsequently, Western states exercised their right to reinstate global restrictions, but Iran asserts they have not had a major impact.

Ideal Resolution Offered

Tehran representatives said they felt they had attained a "ideal resolution" to the uranium processing matter in prior discussions, when it was settled an Iran-based consortium with US participation could refine atomic fuel. Each party would have been able to assert triumph since local refinement would have continued and the US could be certain that Iran's enrichment initiative was solely for peaceful purposes.

It had not been agreed in the negotiations that American atomic experts could function inside Iran, but that was a natural consequence of the partnership suggestion. Officials asserted on multiple occasions they had secured an understanding with Trump's special envoy the American negotiator only for the deal to collapse due to "detractors in America".

Present Position

Araghchi said: "Tehran was not the one that had abandoned negotiations; it was America and the western countries that had always sought to impose their will during the talks. Dialogue can still be active and continues the final answer to resolve conflicts, but its requirements, regulations and tenets must be adhered to."

"In case they address to the Iranian people with the language of respect and honor, they will receive a reply in the equivalent language."

Repair and Rebuilding

In what is described by Tehran representatives as the struggle of restoration and recovery, Araghchi said he was assured Iran's security strengths "are considerably enhanced than preceding 13 or 14 June of this year. Our entire military infrastructure have been rebuilt. We gained numerous insights from this conflict; we have come to know our personal limitations and the weaknesses of the adversary."

He stated: "We effectively endured this engagement. Our atomic expertise, which they intended to obliterate, remains in place. The installations and equipment, if eliminated, will be reconstructed; what is important is the resolve of the citizens of Tehran and then the unity of the country that they aimed at, but were unable to destroy. The citizens of Tehran have become more powerful, more united, and more endorsing of the administration and the country in the aftermath of this assault."
